Our Residential Roofing Division is currently looking for a Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team! As a Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion, responsible for cultivating strong client relationships and excelling in closing deals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales presentations and engage prospective customers showcasing our top-notch roofing products and addressing their queries.
  • Close on leads provided by our lead generator.
  • Understand the unique roofing requirements of each client and tailor your sales approach to offer suitable solutions.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques and persuasive skills to secure signed contracts for roofing projects.
  • Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project status in our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the latest roofing industry trends, technologies, and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals set by the company.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing post-sale concerns and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Available to meet the demands of sales appointments.

Preferred Qualities:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in any field, to include construction, or industrial sales 
  • Competitive personality
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
