Our Residential Roofing Division is seeking a Lead Generator to join our dynamic team! As a Lead Generator, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our business and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential roofing project opportunities.
• Generate leads and set appointments for our roofing sales team.
• Utilize your strong communication skills to engage with potential clients.
• Network and build relationships to expand business with new clients.
• Showcase your knowledge of the roofing industry and educate customers about our products and services.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for lead generation.
• Flexible hours Mon-Fri and Sat, 30 hours/week.

Preferred Qualities:

• At least 2 years of sales experience in any field, to include construction, or industrial sales is a plus but not required
• No roofing experience required
• Competitive personality
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Goal-oriented, positive, and self-motivated
